The registration form for TIGPS Durgapur can be submitted through both offline and online mode. Offline registration form can be collected from the school office on payment of a registration fee. The form needs to be filled up and submitted to the school office. Upon effective completion of the registration process, an Admit Card would be given from the school with a mentioned date of interaction/ observation.
Online - Registration form can also be filled using the online application form available at the school website (www.tigps.in). Following submission of the virtually filled up registration form, the student will be assigned a unique user ID. The applicant is required to mention the online user ID for further correspondence. The date of interaction/ observation will be informed to the applicants on their registered mobile number and email ID. Registration fee is required to be paid on the day of interaction/ observation.
The official executive counsellor will contact the applicant on their registered contact number for intimation of further processes on the date of interaction/ observation mentioned following compilation of registration.
Mere allotment of a user ID to an applicant will not ensure admission.
Admission will depend on the merit of the child and the selection process through an Entrance Examination. The date of the examination will be mentioned in advance on the school website.

Candidates submitting their form online are required to hand over the above documents on the day of the interaction/observation.
The final selection list for admission into a particular class will be displayed on the School Notice Board and on the school website.
Selected candidates will have to complete the following formalities within a stipulated time period.
Each parent of the candidate is required to sign the admission form.
Payment of the fees must be completed within the due date in cash or demand draft.
The original Birth Certificate will have to be presented for verification at the time of admission.
Four coloured passport size photographs of the student and one each for both the parents (size 3.5cm X 2.5cm) have to be submitted.
Transfer Certificate from the school last attended has to be submitted (not applicable for Play Group to class I).
From class VIII onwards, TC should be counter signed by the District Education Officer/ Regional Officer for outstation students.
Refund of Fees
Withdrawal policy: Students applying for a Transfer Certificate halfway through the academic term would be liable to fee payment for the entire academic year.
